Welcome to Lucimae Design Studio. By accessing lucimae.com or purchasing any of our products, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About Lucimae Design
Lucimae Design Studio ("Lucimae," "we," "us") is a design studio and digital product shop offering premium Showit website templates, resources, and web design services for coaches, creatives, and online entrepreneurs.

2. Digital Products — Templates & Resources
All templates and digital downloads sold through Lucimae Design are non-refundable. Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned," all sales are final once access has been granted.
Before purchasing, we encourage you to review all preview images, demo links, and product descriptions carefully. If you have questions before buying, reach out at luci@lucimae.com — we're happy to help you choose the right template.

3. License & Permitted Use
When you purchase a Lucimae template, you receive a single-use, non-transferable personal license to use the template for one (1) website or project. This means:

✔️ You may customize and use the template for yourself or one client.
✔️  You may modify fonts, colors, images, and copy to fit your brand.
❌ You may not resell, redistribute, share, or gift the template files to others.
❌ You may not use the template as the basis for your own template shop or product.
❌ You may not claim the original design as your own work.

If you are a designer purchasing on behalf of a client, the license covers that single client project only. Each additional project requires a separate purchase.

4. Intellectual Property
All designs, graphics, copy, and content on lucimae.com — including template designs — are the intellectual property of Lucimae Design Studio and are protected by copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

5. Services
For custom design services, specific project terms, timelines, and deliverables will be outlined in a separate client agreement or proposal. These Terms & Conditions apply in addition to any service contract in place.

6. Disclaimer
Lucimae templates are designed for use on the Showit platform. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Showit. A Showit subscription is required to use our templates and is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
Results from using our templates or resources vary by individual effort, branding, and business strategy. We make no guarantees of specific outcomes.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lucimae Design Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

8. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our site or products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
