Start by filling out the application form to share details about your business, goals, and vision. This helps me understand your needs and make sure we’re a great fit.

Once your form is submitted, you can book a discovery call so we can connect, talk through your vision, and clarify the best way to bring it to life. No pressure — just good vibes and strategy!

After our call, I’ll send you a custom proposal outlining your project scope, timeline, and payment options so you know exactly what to expect.

When you’re ready to move forward, you’ll secure your spot by signing the contract and paying the initial deposit to officially get on my schedule.

Once booked, you’ll get access to your private client portal where everything will be organized, from your questionnaire and content uploads to our project timeline and next steps.

Now the fun part begins! I’ll dive into designing, refining, and bringing your brand or website to life, keeping you updated every step of the way.

How do I get started?

Start by filling out the application form.

Once you submit it, you’ll be redirected to book a discovery call if you’d like to chat.

I’ll also review your answers and get back to you (typically within 1 business day) with the next steps and/or a custom proposal.

How far in advance should I book my project?

I usually book projects a few weeks in advance. The sooner you apply, the better chance we have to align timelines and reserve your preferred start date.

What do I need to begin?

It depends on your project.

For branding projects, you mainly need clarity on your vision and goals. I’ll guide you through the rest.

For website projects, you’ll need to have your images and website copy (written text) ready to go.

If you don’t have your copy or images yet, that’s totally fine, we can plan your project timeline around it, and I can recommend trusted copywriters if needed.

How do payments work?

A non-refundable deposit is required to officially book your spot, and the remaining payments are scheduled throughout the project timeline.

Each service has its own payment plan options listed above. If you choose to pay in full, you’ll receive 10% OFF the total. Once you decide on a payment option, just let me know (it’s that simple!)
